Minority Cell
Objective: To protect the rights and promote the welfare of minority students.
- Address academic and administrative issues faced by minority students.
- Promote awareness of minority rights and schemes.
- Conduct workshops and support programs.
SC/ST/OBC Cell
Objective: To ensure social justice for students from SC, ST, and OBC communities.
- Handle complaints related to caste-based discrimination.
- Facilitate scholarships and welfare schemes.
- Implement reservation policies.
Anti-Ragging Committee
Objective: To maintain a ragging-free environment and ensure compliance with UGC norms.
- Prevent and monitor ragging incidents.
- Conduct awareness programs.
- Act promptly on complaints.
Womenโs Rights Committee / Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
Objective: To address grievances related to gender discrimination and harassment.
- Deal with cases of sexual harassment (POSH Act 2013).
- Conduct gender sensitization programs.
- Provide counseling and support.
Student Grievance Redressal Cell
Objective: To resolve student grievances on academics, facilities, and administration.
- Receive and address complaints fairly.
- Ensure transparency in the process.
- Forward unresolved issues to higher authorities.
Grievance Submission Process
- Identify the correct cell related to your grievance.
- Submit your complaint via the online form or contact the coordinator.
- Acknowledgment within 3 working days.
- Resolution within 15 working days.
- Escalate if unresolved to Principal/Ombudsman.
Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation
All complaints will be handled confidentially. No complainant will face retaliation for reporting a grievance in good faith.
