Successful engineers need to identify and analyze problems, conceive and design potential solutions, liaise with and present to clients, and work with and direct colleagues. They need to do these things efficiently, ethically, professionally, and competently, and, often, they need to do them quickly.

The Institute helps each student in exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students who are in the final year of the program and are likely to graduate at the end of the academic year. The purpose of the PEEM is to guide and equip students to choose right career and to provide knowledge, skills and aptitude to meet the manpower requirements of the Industry. The focus of the PEEM activity is to improve the communication abilities and technical knowledge of students.

OBJECTIVE:

• To Bridge the gap that currently exists between the Industry and fresh professionals for recruitment purposes
• To minimize Stage fear and build confidence among students
• To make students professionally mature and employable

PROCESS:
We conduct general aptitude test and technical aptitude based on various subjects like C, C++, DBMS & RDBMS, Data structures, operating system and Computer network; including rigorous online Aptitude and Technical test series. The training in soft skills includes Facing Interview, .Facing Group Discussions. Professional Resume Writing, Cracking Aptitude Exam, Skill Development Sessions & Programs. Preparing, Mock Exercises, Recruitment and Placement Sessions, Arranging Seminars and Technical talks, Basic Grammar, Improving the communication abilities and technical knowledge of students.

OUTCOME:
The final placements, at the Institute, are a result of very systematic interaction with the industry and continuous career counseling of the students. Right from the beginning of the program, students are continuously counseled with regard to his/her career aspirations and options, which in turn is vigorously followed up with the potential companies for participating in the placement program of the Institute. This not only helps the students in getting their ‘dream’ jobs but also assists the visiting placement companies in identifying the ‘right’ candidate for their organization. However, the placement will be governed by Placement guidelines.
